Support for strategy and brand implementation, including management of creative development and practical aspects of implementation as strategic and brand guardian.

Design and execution of insight and market research, including qualitative and quantitative projects, and high level and complex consultation exercises with internal and external influencers.

Collaborative projects are undertaken with colleagues in management consultancies, market research, advertising, design agencies and specialist consultancies as appropriate

Co-ordination and management of implementation of project outputs, including coaching/mentoring, corporate culture and training and advertising, design and communications.

Projects with Charities and Not-for-Profit organisations with a strategic focus, including combining charitable objectives with commercial goals and brand positioning, marketing, fundraising and communications strategy.

Specific interest in the issues relating to the impact of cultural background on consumer behaviour and attitudes to brands and its impact on marketing strategy and planning. 

Champion of inclusion and diversity and the role and position of women in the workplace.

International experience includes Europe, Emerging Markets, USA and Japan.
